Hi Readers,

I am Hariharan Ragunathan, a commoner from Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, a southern state of India known for two great things - Movies and Exotic Food. Wherever you are, you will find one or two Tamil guys  near your location if you are related to computers/ education. Yeah, we are crowding all over the world next to the Keralites of India.

Like most of Tech guys I love technology in general and especially computers a lot. Hence I pursued Bachelors in Computer Science Engineering at Government College of Technology, well known as GCT - Coimbatore.

Then like any other Engineering grad. in India got an opportunity to work with Tata Consultancy Services at Mumbai for a couple of years. During these two years I worked for a couple of Telecom Service providers in implementing Billing Solutions and enjoyed my learning of RDBMS and especially Oracle Database and Oracle PL/SQL.

Post that I got an opportunity to do my higher education at XLRI Jamshedpur. I pursued Management education in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations- in short it is an MBA in Human Resources. I spent most of time in XLRI studying my new found interest – Economics. At present, I work as  HR Business Partner at Microsoft India Development Centre,Hyderabad.

In this blog I capture my thoughts and learning from varied fields and specifically on   - Technology , Internet Media, Behavioral Economics, Books & Movies. Also on my adventures in Biking/ Running and Swimming. Biking here I mean is my Schwinn Hybrid Bicycle. Yes I am practicing for Triathlon and one day will participate in an Ironman.
